STUDENTS AND PERSONS UNDER 18. Accounts on the Site may only be opened, and orders placed, by a person aged 18 or over. Persons under 18 may not register or transact on the Site directly. Where JTRS Qatar supplies devices under a school Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programme, we process a limited set of student data: the student's name, year group or class, school, and the serial number and service history of the device assigned to them. This data is provided by the parent or legal guardian at the point of purchase, or by the school, and is used only to deliver the device to the correct student, to provide warranty and repair services, and to maintain device records with the school. Student data is treated as data of a special nature under the PDPPL. It is never used for marketing, is shared only with the student's school and with service providers acting on our instructions, and is retained only for as long as the student remains on the programme plus the applicable warranty period.
